    If he is ready to offer, then it implies u get a good case.. If he is a resourceful person better wait.. I saw some case where double amount fine & punishment was given.. so it depends upon the attitude of the deciding Judge.. Better take the advice of ur lawyer whom would have know the exact scenario..

    Dear Sir, With my experience as presiding officer of cheque bounce Court, the recent tendency is only awarding principle amount that is cheque amount plus 10%. Thus it is advisable to take the said amount and close the case.
