recently i got cheque bounce issue i think which is incorrect. Every month 10th is my EMI date so, i kept sufficient fund in my account on the same date at 11am but after two days i got cheque bounce message from bank. When I asked to the bank they said that they had tried in the morning before 11am and they found insufficient fund I'm my account. Now my question is that, 10th is my EMI date means the bank has to try throughout the date but not in only inthe morning. So, please provide me the correct information so that I can correct it.

in future.. for the past transaction, u may need to sue them.. better leave that

Send a request to the bank (thro customer care) to present the cheque on 11th.. if not they responded send complaint to RBI ombudsman
