If you want real justice then approach the High Court and get the said proceedings stayed and then quashed since the cheque was related to civil matter and bank people can recover the amount by filing a Civil Suit and cannot adopt short cut methods like this.
First of all you need to give the reply of the notice of 138 within the stipulated time it is 15 days statutory and if the reply is not given the complainant will file the complaint case U/s 138 within 30 days there after. If this case is admitted and the notice is served to you, you need to take bail and then the proceeding will start. The bank will also go under sarfaesi act 2002 to recover the loan disbursed and first the notice U/s*Phone*will be served.
sir u issue a reply notice, no need to pay Amount at the time of bail , you need a surety and if no surety is present then you can give cash surety which will be minimum, further lawyer fees have to be paid , you will have sufficient time to compromise the Matter after you get bail. further summons will be served by police to you or by post.
