    Till date you are within limitation.. (30 days from the date of return memo) Send a 138 demand notice and file Cheque bounce case.. You can send even tomorrow (4/9/) or you present the cheque again for collection and get fresh memo and extend a further period of limitation.. which u can repeat till 20/11/.. for further assistance book for consultation..

    what is the date of receipt of memo?? if it would be within the limitation period then file complaint under ni act. by sending legal notice. if it is out of limitation then suit for recovery is your option left.
