You can make the use of the cheque, if it is in its currency period. Present the cheque for the amount and proceed further under the provisions of Negotiable Instruments Act for recovering your money. You will succeed. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and contact me telephonically for further discussion and explanation if required.

Before the expiry of the cheque date please deposit the cheque in bank. In case of bounce back you can file a complaint under section 138 of negotiable instrument act. In case of any further consultancy please get in touch with me. Also review my profile and rank 5 star point to me.

Present the cheque for collection. If the same is returned un paid, issue notice demanding the cheque amount followed by filing cheque bounce case against your friend. Take services of Local Advocate in issuing notice etc.
