Bank has Done legal Case On me under Sec 25,27. My Account is Not a NPA. Can Bank Do the legal case Without Declaring NPA. I need to Take Bail on The Same. Pls Advice

If any FIR is registered against you then you can File Anticipatory Bail in court through lawyer and after obtaining Bail you can File FIR Quashed petition Before Honble High Court to delete names from FIR.
