Yours is a time bound case and you have to file Your Complaint strictly within the the stipulated Period of limitation under Negotiable Instruments Act. Please don't delay and file the Complainant Immediately after consulting Your Lawyer as the Courts have started accepting such urgent cases. Further delay may cause harm in Your case. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.
