Hello team, In my cheque bounce case 138 NI received judgement no compensation discussion from accussed when we checked the history of accussed it looks he has involved fraudulent activity in many cases among them 3 cases are in court under legal proceedings.In this situation, is there any possibility to get the money from accussed by attaching property document in review petition to claim the amount which he borrowed from us.
