When Accused Is Missing And Absconded After Receiving Judgement

Hello All, Need legal advice on my situation,we have got Judgement on last week on 138 act under cheque bounce case but accused is absconded and missing so wat is the next step on that we need to do as a complainant. We discussed few of our friends in legal area someone saying that EP is best option to raise and follow up on it but few other saying raise a civil suite to proceed further.Needed clarity to proceed further on it.
