As far as the custody of your 2 years child is concerned you have full rights over her as you are the first legal guardian of your daughter. You can always pen down all your grievances and address it to the nearest police station of your area. You need not go anywhere as you can also send someone else on your behalf. And if the behaviour of your husband is intolerable towards you then rather dragging your relationship it's better to file a divorce petition on cruelty grounds. If he's denying to meet you with your childrens then you have to file for the custody of your daughters as well. You can also sue him under domestic violence act or 125 CrPC and claim your monthly maintenance for yourself as well for your daughters. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Dear client I am sorry to hear that. in this case you can obviously go ahead and file for divorce under section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act moreover you can also file domestic violence charges against your husband for his will behaviour with you. Moving at with the divorce petition you can also file a petition for the study of the child and if in case you want you can go ahead with the claim for maintenance as well
