as a mother the child will only be with uh untill he/she attains the age of 5 years .... Nd in Ur case the child is new born so uh don't have to worried for child custody the child will b with uh now... but later on the child custody depend upon the sex of a child

Up to the age of 12 years of the boy father can't claim full custody of boy legally. Let him go to the family Court. Till then you resist by filing a complaint to the police if necessary.
