until 8 no issues . only with mother.. later it'll be decided if contested in accordance with the situation.. even getting remarried doesn't by itself a disqualification.. mostly it'll be ordered in favour of mom

As per the terms of Mutual Divorce the child with the mom. If no terms are mentioned in Mutual Divorce then the husband has to approach the Court. In that case also on merits custody of girl will be given to the mother till her marriage. Nothing to worry.

if the child is having some maturity that he is able to answer and has some understanding the court will ask its wish, further not only the wish of child but the person who can bring up the child better is also seen.
