Divorce And Child Custody

I got married in 2010 under hindu marriage act. Since from last 3 years my husband and in-laws are harassing me for dowry. I never filed any complaint against them but in May 2018 my husband started beating me without any reason so I called my parents. In front of my parents also my mother in law hit me so my parents took me and my youngest daughter (2 years old) to their home thinking that matter will settle down in few days. Meanwhile we tried to talk to my husband but he said he will take me home only if my parents will give him Rs 3 lacs and I will not contact my parents again. Now my husband has filed a divorce case against me in court (however I want to go to my in laws home) and also he threatened me to file another case to take child custody. I want to know - 1. Since I am jobless and totally depend on my parents in that case will I lose my daughter custody? 2. Since I want to go to my in laws home but my husband is refusing to take me without taking 3 lacs so in such a case what should I do ?
