Ancestral Property Dispute, Deed Executed Without Knowledge Of Legal Heirs

One Chinna got ancestral properties, he died 30years ago, his wife santamma died in2020. Prior to her death upon the insistence of eldest son, she along with younger son executed a settlement deed for a house, wherein village deity was worshiped since decades traditionally, without the knowledge of other legal heirs grand children. Recently said eldest son was died. Now his son (grandson of chinnayya)of eldest son restraining other legal heirs from entering into said worshiping house abusing village diety and trying to sell another land of joint family property without the consent of other third generation legal heirs or his paternal aunts and family member. Numerous people of town worship the village deity. It is the custom and tradition to give a call by the family members of late chinna, to village deity clothes on auspious occassions. During the ustav all the formaliets should be from said worship house only. from there traditional ornaments should present to the deity in temple.
