Hello, I have taken a personal loan of 3Lakh in 2019 from Shivkrupa co.op. credit soc. Due to covid19, I lost my business & as a result that loan defaulted & got NPA. Meanwhile, I communicated to the Shivkrupa manager to settle my account by giving me some relaxation as I have no earning potential anymore. But they told to pay the whole amt including interest as well which comes to be around 4kakh. I have started to paying off whatsoever amt I could manage. Still they proceed further recovery and passed registrar order to seize my immovable assets by their bye-laws. Currently they have Frozen my bank account and are planning to possess my home by evacuating my family. As they seized my bank account I am not able to withdraw any funds of mine. Now l, seeking the best advice to overcome this problem.. kindly help me out.

1. Issue them notice through lawyer and File Complain in Consumer Court and claim heavy compensation for all kinds of harrassment and torture.

Dear Client, I understand that you are in a difficult Situation. To unfreeze your bank account, you must contact your bank to resolve the problem by paying off debts. Unfreezing an account is at the bank's discretion and is not always guaranteed. So you may file an application to the Debt recovery tribunal to unfreeze your account. Thank you.
