The properties that was solely acquired by Ravi in his lifetime belongs to his children if he died interstate that is without any will. As far as the ancestral property is concerned which Ravi acquired as family settlement from his father in 2011 the mother can always draft a will in favour of the children of Ravi in respect of the said undivided properties. A gift deed can also be executed in favour of the children. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
