Mr Nikhil and Ramesh Mittal (Son and father) lured me to invest in their business by leaving my software job. Before leaving my job they used my profile to take multiple PL loan Rs 33 L for business purpose. Before starting business orally they committed they will take care of my liabilities and expenses, amounting to Rs 89K which was equivalent to my last drawn software company salary Rs. 90K . They started paying committed amount from Jan 2020. They demanded more money saying not sufficient to run business and asked me to refer investors and chit fund to get more funds. On the basis of my reputation and goodwill friends shown interest to invest and paid amount directly to Nikhil/Ramesh' firm account Rs 29L. Again they demanded saying they want to expand business and this time they used my prop documents to get 15L from private finance. Slowly they started delaying monthly payments to me. And fully stopped from Nov 2020 and claimed they paid against 33L principal amt.

Hello Sir It would be advised to first to send them legal notice through a lawyer to act as per the contract agreed upon. Oral Contracts are also considered as a valid contract and if they doesn't act as per the legal notice sent then you could file a money recovery suit in the civil court. sir, you can file a recovery suit in court. you can file criminal case as well against them. criminal cases will put considerable pressure on them.
