Hi, This is a tough situation, Normally it is the discretion of the court to allow you to pay in emi. But I will suggest you in this case for out of court settlement

do you know how much time you are asking ? to clear 30 lakh loan you want 30 years. court can not provide that option. it depends on company to accept your proposal. nobody will and can accept to wait 30 years.

Dear Sir You may ask the judge to refer the matter to lok adhalath where you may be facilitated to pay the same in installments between 4 to 12 monthly and not more than that.

Hi, You can approach the company for out of court settlement and state that you are willing to repay the amount in EMIs. If this does not work, you can pray in the court that you will pay the amount in EMIs and attach supporting documents. It is upto the discretion of the court to accept your prayer.
