If employer is a Government bank, then file a writ petition before the Hon’ble High Court by challenging the termination!!! Consult online for better advice!!
Dear client As per your submission it reveals that this is a matter of termination However You can challenge termination order before Honourable labour commissioner court or Before Honourable High'court by filing writ petition
Write to the higher authority if within a month they don't reply or accept your request for medical issues then you can file a suit against the impugned order because after knowing the medical issues they can't terminate you from the job without any issuance of any order and court of inquiry is must in your case because as you said in your statement that you have medical leave s but they didn't issue you the leave for your health issues. So that you can write to higher authority first after a month if not responded in to your favour then hire an advocate and file a suit against that impugned order and ask for court of inquiry. If my answer is some where you feel helpful then must contact me and rate me so that I will be able to more help after knowing if my advice is helpful to you.
