I was working at ponnani and during my job employment i have submitted my certificate but during my job got an good opportunity to work in Saudi Arabia. But the company was not ready to leave and I was forced to leave the company by sending the resignation letter by mail and keeping my laptop and other things in office. But now the company has filed a wrong case on me. Now I am working in Saudi arabia. Request your advice on this for he next move.

Issue them notice through lawyer to return your laptop and all things and if they refused then you can File complain against them in labour court.
