- If the property is not stayed by the court, then one can proceed to gift the same . - However, even a court proceeding can be stopped , after settlement in the matter .
Dear Sir, It can be called out of Court settlement and such proposal may be placed before the executing Court which may accept the same and draw final decree accordingly. Please give me rank after viewing my details. Please call me for further assistance.
Your question is still vague and indefinite as it has not been mentioned as to what order was passed by the court. The Decree passed by the court cannot be violated as it may put one in trouble However it can be got moulded with the active involvement of all the perties to the Suit. Intervention of Court is necessary for proper Execution. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.
