    If she is not wife of deceased person, then she has no right on the properties of deceased person.

    Dear client I am sorry to hear that but in this case if the man is already married then it will very difficult for a woman to get the part of his property however as president cited by meaning high courts and supreme court as well a leaving partner is also considered as a wife in certain situation and in case she established start then she will be eligible to get a portion of he is property however for doing so she has to obtain succession certificate first from the court

    1. She has to obtain succession certificate from the court. 2. If she has succession certificate from the court then she has to obtain share in that property. 3. Issue them notice through lawyer demanding your share and if they refused to give your share then File suit for partition in court through lawyer.

    In your case she will not be entitled to any property rights of the dead man. As the person has not written any will in her name so the property will dissolve according to the Hindu Succession Act. Also if they were living in a relationship with no proof of togetherness or marriage then it will add to the fact that as she was not the legal heir of the dead man so she will not get any property.
