Document Needed To Prove Parent Son Relationship

My identity documents have my fathers name but there is no document from my father or mother side that bears my or any of my siblings name. My parents are both old and not keeping well. What document can we create till they are alive so that in future we do not face any issue to prove parent and son/daughter relationship. Thanks
