Eviction Of Tenant Involved In Criminal Activities From Permise

We rented a house for the couple in Aug 2020. Then in the end of Sep we came to know from other members of society that the FIR is registered against the husband for unlawful movement of alcohol to our house. We immediately tried to contact that couple to vacate the house but they both escaped locking the apartment. After 3 months in mid December we sent a threatening message to the wife to vacate the house because the Husband is still underground. But instead of vacating she filed a suit in court that we are forcefully vacating them. She also falsely claimed in the suit that they have paid the rent till January 2021 while she paid only for a month. She appeared on the day of court commission. Now we are defending the case in court but I want to know how long this can go and Since we have a rent agreement of 11 months, can we forcefully evict them from the house after the agreement is over.
