Execution Suit

My father sold a land of 1000sqft at rs. 2200000/- . Visar pavti of around rs. 631000 was done in Nov2017 and the date for sale deed was decided to be 31st Jan 2018. But on the 31st jan18 the purchaser refused to buy the land saying that he purchased another house and don't have enough money to buy our plot. After eight months he filed a suit against us saying that we didn't complete the sale deed. Now after 2years of court hearing we lost the case. Court has ordered us to sell him the land otherwise he can get it done through court. The result came in March 2020. He has deposited remaining amount of rs. 1569000/- in court. Till now we have not given him the plot (kharedi). Please suggest what to do. a) can we execute the sale deed outside of court? b) if yes then how can we get our money after that and how much time it will take. c) petitioner have also filed a suit for recovery of court expenses. Do we have to deposit his court expenses first and then we will get the plot remaining amount? d) Should we wait for court order to execute the sale deed?
