If a false FIR has been lodged against a person then under section 482 of CrPC, the person can approach The High Court by filing an application for the quashing of the false FIR and The High Court, if convinced that the FIR has been falsely implicated, can use its Inherent power under Section 482 Crpc to quash the FIR and set the alleged person free if he has been arrested. You can file a complaint against the police officer.
Hello Ma'am It would be advised to file petition under section 482 of Crpc in the high court for quashing of FIR. Also you could file a complaint against the police officers for asking bribe and gey them suspended. Hire a good lawyer instead of giving bribe to the police officers and go to High court. Thanks. Dear Sir, You may immediately approach High Court and produce medical records and get stay on such FIR and further investigation and ultimately it may be quashed or the names may be deleted. Please give me rank after viewing my details. Please call me for further assistance.
