In my 10th, 12th, graduation and post graduation marksheet and degree (My father name is Anand Goel and In my ID proof such as pan card, aadhaar card and passport father name is Anand Kumar) And his real name is also Anand Kumar as per his ID proof Aadhaar card, Pan Card and passport... So, changing father name in all my education documents is cumbersome process and within few months i am planning to settle abroad and worried about if my work visa reject due to father name mismatch PLEASE ADVICE. What should i do in this situation.

make an application to the secretary of board of 10th ,12th for necessary changes with proof if thay did not make the correction then file case of declaration in court by making them party

Yes you can initiate process for change of name as correct one by publication etc with the help of local lawyer.

Change of Names in different Certificate comes under subject of State authorities . In some state you change by giving Paper Publication and getting it changed in Gazette notification. But in Karnataka one has file Declaration suit to change. Contact any Local Advocate for your relief.
