Form 9 With 2 Survey Numbers Mentioned For A Plot Situated In 1 Survey Number

A old residential approved layout(in 2010) includes two survey numbers(26\*\1 and 76\*\11).Plot which I am planning to buy is situated in only one survey number(26\*\1) and previous sale deed mention about only this survey number(26\*\1) . But the seller provided Form 9 document issued by Gram Panchayat,I see two survey numbers mentioned giving reason from PDO saying multi layout and as per Town approval provided for this layout. Please clarify on whether there is a correction needed in Form 9 issues by Gram Panchayat or it is correct.
