Fresh Petition Before High Court

Sir , I had filed a civil case ( on Govt job recruitment ) in Jan 2023 , before Hon. Supreme court . Earlier the case was dismissed by High Court Division bench in 2022 July on lack of evidence . Hon. Supreme Court dismissed the case by on Feb 2023 saying there is no proper evidence and delay in filing. I got a solid evidence in that case recently .  Can I file a fresh Petition on the same subject with this new evidence before High Court at now ? Thanks, Manoj
