FSL REPORT

one person lodged a FIR u/s 307 etc against me and my brothers but police found that fir was false .we also submitted hard disc and DVR as a proof of our innocency. police told us that they would take action against him but police has not taken any action so far .and the police has not return our hard disc and DVR .fir was registered in 2014 .my question is that (1) what should I do?(2) police has not submitted charge sheet and not submitted cancellation .
