My wife always goes to their parents home and settle there with child permanently. I file a case on her to come back home, then she went to the police station and file a 498A case on me. from court judgement I bring back home her and I withdraw the case which I file. again she went her parents home and not coming back and she attending court. and fight a case of 498A on me. Two years completed, but no result. What should I do to come back my wife again?

Restitution of Conjugal Rights is the only way out left for you. Because the Court can pass an order directing her to join you in the matrimonial House. But it would be better if you manage to get a Legal Notice issued cleaning Your intentions to take legal steps. Hi, You can apply to the High Court to quash the case under Section 482 CrPC. If you make an application for restitution of conjugal rights, the Court will pass an ordering compelling your spouse to meet you. If you found this helpful, please rate us.
