I have purchased flat in 2019 under-construction project and it's also JD project. builder supposed to be hand over 2020 june but due to COVID builder has delayed but from one year no response from builder either mail or call and office also closed and no staff from one year back we were filled the case in rera against the builder but builder not coming any of the rera hearing and we are not getting any justification from rera after that we filed a fir against the builder in police station last week but now we got the know land owners also filed the petition against the builder for.JD cancellation. how can we catch the builder or how we will get flat or Money kindly suggest
