Is Gift Deed Valid From Father Its Grandfather Property

My grandfather purchased land in 1996 on its own, after grandfather and grandmother died, one of his sons release his half share to his brother by release deed and his brother gift his total property to his one of son among two daughters without her knowledge. is this valid. or his daughter needs to be signed.
