- You should check the land details in your title documents and its boundary details etc. - Further, if details of your land is mentioned in the sale deed , then that person cannot exchange legally on any ground - Further, if there is no demarcation as per sale deed , then approach the Revenue department .
Dear sir, It is advised that you go to the survey department and seek help there so as to get all required documents in place. Further, you shall file for demarcation of land and then legally be entitled to a particular portion of land. You might as well approach court in this regard. However, the contention that without boundaries, you cannot assert control over any land is not completely invalid. You shall prove that by way of agreement you were promised to take that portion of land. Thank you
Approach a lawyer who will help you in filing a case of partition of the suit land. Sorry to say but the third owner is not totally wrong in his assertion.
Get the proper records verified from the revenue department for removal of doubts and for proper demarcation of land. It will clinch the issue and dispute as well.
