LAND ACQUISITION CASE me Court ne apna Judgement June 2019 ko de diya hai tab ja ke September 2021 me compensation dena chalu kiya hai farmer ko. 20 farmer ka aek hi jesa case hone se court ne sab case ko combind chalane ko bola tha. Ab un 20 farmer mese jo 4 mukhya farmers the unko componsation mill gaya hai baki ko nahi mila or ab Advocate dealy kar raha hai. Ham kya kare.

Hello sir It's the obligation of the government to provide you with the compensation as soon as possible as already there have been a lot of delay. You could approach for the same. Also the supreme court has said, The consequence for delay in awarding compensation in land acquisition by the governments has to be borne by the state and not the land owners, the SC said.
