my son had took possession of my industrial plot after my husband's death in 2018. He signed no objection certificate from me to get gst no. for his bussiness. He took the money which i got for my husband's firm. Today i am 70 yrs old & living alone with no maintainence getting from him. i filed a case to get my plot back. Now i have to prove the source of income when i bought that plot in 2003. i have the ownership , mutation & the bank details when my husband bought the plot in my name. pls need expert advice how to go further.
