My father purchased land in Aya Nagar. The dealer was some distant relative. So My father gave him 5.50 lakh in cash in 2012, and he provided the land with the power of attorney paper. Later he sold the land without informing us and gave us 1 lakh on return saying that profit from the land, as someone trying to grab the land so he sold it. and allocated new land. Again he sold the land without informing us. and Now when we are asking for our money. He is ignoring. As proof, we have the document of power attorney paper and the payment of 5 lakh received in a blank paper. Is it possible to get the money? We discussed with some people, it's not possible now ask him whatever he could provide
