father acquired a land on himself thereafter he died and the share divided between her widow, son and daughter. each one of them shared 1/3rd share. Then the widow made a will of her share in favour of her daughter only. Now, the matter is pending for mutation before revenue court and as well as suit of declaration with consequencial relief of permanent injunction is pending before the civil courts. Now, which matter needs to be decided first so it can help the other matter in its final outcome or any other suggestion regarding that?
