I am staying in Chennai is one of the corporate-owned rented spaces that offer PGs. I had my Cycle as my property locked because there is a legal dispute going on between the landowner(licensor) and PG manager(licensee) bound by the licensor-licensee agreement. I am simply an ex-resident who took services provided by the PG provider. Although it's a small issue, I want to know my options to get my cycle back.

search the detail of litigation pending between them and then file appropriate application for its(your article) possession. you may contact the person who put the lock. if you were residing there and some or forcibly took possession wherein your assets were kept then you can file police complaint also. please like

if both property owner and manager are not ready to hand over your property as you do not have any issue with their dispute then you can make a complaint before police for the same.
