Dear Sir, You may threaten to induct sub-tenant or sub-lease owner by taking your advance amount/lease amount paid. Otherwise you may take injunction order by filing a suit and stay in the same house for few more years. Please give me rank after viewing my details. Please call me for further assistance.

Hi, If there is no damage from your part and all the requisite promises have been kept then you are entitled to the security deposit. You can ask your landlord once, if not send a legal notice after which legal proceedings will commence. Thank you.
