Partly False Clain In Agriculture Khasra

In 2014 plentif made claim in lower court for 9 khasra number of our agriculture land on basis of some old khasra nakal of year 1952-1958. In 2017 defended (we) won the case. Then plentif challenge lower court order & submit some 6/17 & 41/27 application in session court.In 2021 session court accept 6/17 & 41/27 application and Remand order to lower court. Now again trial is going on in Lower court. But when I have read all documents submitted by plentif I came to know that they have added 5 extra khasra number of which they didn't submitted any legal documents in Court along with they added wrong renumbering list of khasra I went to patwari to cross check renumbering list submitted in Court and find that it was wrong. Along with they have many false claim on 5 khasra number also. Due to this my grandfather suffered from tension,financial issue and social stigma also. My question is that how can we ask for punishment for half false claim made by plentif. Can we use rule IPC 209.
