THRISSUR

Sir, In so many Govt firms temporary appointment is going on in the post of clerks. But PSC rank list is available for that post . Candidates had repeatedly requested them to report vacancies to PSC, but they're still not report vacancies by saying special rules for appointment is pending. Can Hon Court order to fill those vacancies from this rank list which was not reported in PSC ?
