    1. Any property possessed by a Female Hindu, whether acquired before or after the commencement of the Hindu succession Act, shall be held by her as full owner thereof and not as a limited owner. 2. since the property is in grand mother's name, no one has any right in the property during her life. 3. she can do whatever she want to the property and no one can stop her. 4. she can transfer the property in the name of any person of her choice.

    Since it is a joint and unpartitioned property all the co owners have the equal right upon the property. Partition is the plausible solution for avoiding dispute.
