If it was Ancestor property then only you have right.
Hi, Your parents have a legal right to dispose off their property as per their will. If they gave the property to your younger brother willingly then it is legally valid. It is not a mandate to consult all other legal heirs before making such a transfer. Also, as the legal heir of your younger brother his widow will inherit the property. If you think that the transfer was made under fraud, coercion or undue influence then you can contest the transfer and the concerned documents in civil courts.
