Dear Sir, First get Encumbrance Certificate through your Delhi Advocate and then get certified copy of such document and then file a partition suit claiming such transfer was fraudulent and not binding on you. Please mark “LIKE” if satisfied by my answer.

Mrs Jyothi Pandey. if the property is self earned by your father he can give away right any person he wants. secondly if your sister in law is not showing the papers . you can issue a Legal Notice to her asking her to reveal the details in case the property . Further you need to know was property was your your Ancestoral. But by issuing Legal Notice would spoil relationship Permanently. If you dont want spoil relationship you engage a Advocate who can approach Sub Registrar where the Property is based and collect information such as who was original Owner of the property in question and how it exchanged ownership and who is current Owner by what means. based on information received from Sub Registrar you can think of Further Consequences.

Hi, If you believe that you have right over any family property, you can approach the court. If your brother's wife is not showing the property deeds, she would be required to submit those in the court for calming the right over the property at time of court hearing. If the said transfer is illegal, you can ask for the remedies. Thank You.
