My father bought a house from the Madhya Pradesh housing board nominate my mother in sales deed, my father died in May 2012, now the property is transferred to my mother. We are two brothers and two sister brother is residing in other states, from last ten years, only me and my wife take care of my bedridden mother, now mother wants to sell the house, but my brother suit a case on mother for stay on selling the house, but the mother wants to sell the house but doesn't want partition, also both sister my brother wants partition but me and my mother don't want partition, now what is the mother right

Being Nominee your Mother can deal with the property. But it can be a Legal question Between a Nominee and Legal Heirs. However, the status of legal heirs also cannot be denied. Hi, As your mother is the legal owner of the property, she can sell it if she so desires. The profits from such sale can be used by her in any way she wants.
