1. Any property possessed by a Female Hindu, whether acquired before or after the commencement of Hindu Succession Act, shall be held by her as full owner thereof and not as a limited owner. 2. she can sale the property
Being Nominee your Mother can deal with the property. But it can be a Legal question Between a Nominee and Legal Heirs. However, the status of legal heirs also cannot be denied. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.
Hi, As your mother is the legal owner of the property, she can sell it if she so desires. The profits from such sale can be used by her in any way she wants. You brother and sister do not have a good claim and any Court is unlikely to grant their request for partition. If you found this helpful, please rate us.
