you can sell the property before they file a suit for declaration chalanging the will with a consequential relief of permanent injunction restraining you sell the property. once the suit is by them the priciple of lis pendence would be applicable it is advisable to file a suit for permanent injunction restaring the others to interfare in the peacefull possession of yours over the suit property claiming yourself as owner in exclusive possession of the disputed land. visit my profile or book a vonsultation for further advice.

Hi, You can wait for their action and if they file for partition you need to show registered will, ownership and possession of the property. You can also file for injunction of your property. If you find it helpful, kindly rate my answer. Thank You.

Dear Sir, Now, it is your mother’s self acquired property and she may immediately sell it away and make impossible for others to claim any share in the said property. Please give me rank after viewing my details. Please call me for further assistance.
