Question Based On A Judgement

A case submitted before the division bench of Hon'ble High court recently announced Judgement as Neutral. ie , No clear order or direction in it. Actually, I have the chance to won the case , but judgement seems vague. Sir, Please answer my following doubts. 1. Can I submit review petition for the order to get clear direction. 2. If it is possible, time limit to submit the same 3. Can I hand over the case to some another advocate to file review petition 4. Can review petition submitted before another bench
