Regarding Non Vacate Of Railway Quarter

Dear Sir, my father got retired from railway on 31 st Jan2021. My mother has done 3 cases against him civil case for restraining him for retirement benefits, second DV case and third maintenance case. In all the cases first civil case her petition was rejected by Sub-judge 1 now put up for appeal to district judge and whatever result will come we will definitely go for a high court appeal, second DV case is running in a slow motion, thirdly in maintenance case Family court judge has given ex-party order in favor of my mother. My concern point is that we need a time of at least 2 years to stay in railway quarter so that we can get some time for another arrangement, in this regard railways has kept some 7-8l ac of my father retire-mental benefits. Is there any law or any way out as per current situation so that we can get a time for atleast 2 years. Please suggest us a path
