My grandfather was a talathi in the state of Maharashtra. He was suspended from his service by ACB dept. He died in 2017. My father took his case to the High Court and win the case. My question after winning a case is what things we get as my grandmother is alive.

Hello Sir As you have won the case you could claim for the damages which have occured whether it's to your family reputation. Also as your grandfather was suspended his pension and other retirement benefits must have been suspended as well, you could claim that as well from the concerned department.
